In the foothills near the border of Kilimanjaro National Park lies Materuni Village.

Here the rich farmlands of the Chagga people merges with the edge of the natural rain forest. The scene is simply captivating. The beauty of nature at its best!

During this One Day visit you may:

See Kuringe waterfalls. Secluded in the valley, this place remains a tranquil, unspoiled example of the natural beauty!
Walk in the Msinge natural rain forest and if fortunate you might also view some of the wildlife!

The short trip could also serve as a good exercise for those who intend to climb mountains like Kilimanjaro.

Included in this wonderful trip is a lunch of local food at one of the farms. If you wish you may pick some farm produce to take away with you. An assortment of tropical fruits like Passion Fruits, Raspberries, Avocado, Tree Tomatoes, Loqauts Manioc, Bananas just to mention but a few. Of course you might try some of the locally grown and roasted coffee.

This one day trip will normally begin at 08.00 a.m. in the morning.

The cost per person per trip all inclusive:

1 PAX = 60 US$; 2 PAX = 40 US$; 3PAX = 35 US$; 4 PAX = 30 US$; 5 PAX = 25 US$.
The maximum group which can be guided by one Guide is 5 person.
